A Swiss/Irish Group have an opportunity for a Divisional HVAC Manager, working within Middle East Acoustic, Air Distribution Manufacturing and Projects activities. The role will involve managing large world class projects in various countries in the Middle East and reporting directly to the Group General Manager.
This position will suit a highly motivated individual, who is keen to develop their career and has enthusiasm to contribute significantly towards the success of the business. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
Engineering (Mech. Electrical or Building Services) degree or equivalent
Considerable experience gained within the Construction, Engineering or Building Services sectors
Have a proven track record in successful management of projects and activities
Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills
Middle East exposure woudl be an advantage
Have proven profit and loss management success
Ability to work on own initiative and have self motivation skills
Be a skilled negotiator and solution provider with Industry Specifiers, End Users, Engineers and Contractors
Be willing to travel extensively througout the Middle East
Candidates will have a minimum 10 years experience, position is single status
