This newly commenced Business Park is on a 20 acre site on the Dublin Road approach to Mitchelstown at the start of the Mitchelstown to Cork/Mallow by-pass.
The Business Park when completed will consist of an 80 bedroom hotel, 40,000 sq. ft. office block over four floors, 22,000 sq ft. double car show room and service area and 250,000 sq. ft. of light industrial/industrial facilities.
With phase one having just been completed the park is now taking shape. The first business has opened its doors and the official opening of the business park took place on Thursday 29th of May.
Phase two which involves a hotel and office block is well advanced at engineering level and is due to commence on site very soon.
